Born in Goiânia on December 28, 1982, Wanessa Camargo made her professional debut in 2000 with the single “O Amor Não Deixa” and a first album blending country and pop.
Hits followed, such as “Amor, Amor”, “Não Resisto a Nós Dois” — the theme of the lead couple in the telenovela Bang Bang — and “Fly”, with Ja Rule, which spent two months at number one on Brazilian radio in 2009. In 2021 she released the album Pai & Filha with Zezé Di Camargo.
