ZC Edições is the music publishing house connected to ZC Music (Avenida Copacabana, 177 — Alphaville, Barueri - SP, Brazil, 06472-001). This policy explains which personal data we process on the publisher's website and system, why, and how you can exercise your rights under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018).

Songwriter sign-up: full name, stage name, CPF (Brazilian tax ID), email, phone, city/state, performing rights society, IPI/CAE number, bio and social links provided.

Artist sign-up: full name, stage name, profile type, email, phone, city/state, company and social links provided.

Compositions: title, lyrics, co-writers (name, email or CPF and split), hashtags and other song details. Business contact: name, company, email, phone and message.

Technical logs: access date and time, IP address and browser, used in the submission audit trail and for system security.

To review and maintain your account, record authorship and splits, issue submission receipts, let registered artists browse the approved catalog, answer business inquiries and meet legal and contractual obligations.

The legal bases are performance of a contract and preliminary steps, compliance with legal obligations, the regular exercise of rights (including proof of authorship and precedence) and the publisher's legitimate interest in system security.

Registered artists only see the title, lyrics, writers' names and musical details of approved compositions — never CPF, email, phone or percentage splits.

Data may be shared with collective management societies, licensing partners and technology providers (hosting and email), always to the extent necessary, and with authorities when required by law.

We keep data while the account is active and for as long as needed to exercise copyright and meet legal obligations. Submission receipts are permanent, as they serve as proof of each song's authorship and date.

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, information about sharing and review of decisions, and withdraw consent. Write to contato@zezedicamargo.com.br.

Passwords are stored with one-way encryption, access is protected by session, and every composition submission generates a fingerprint that makes any change detectable. We only use necessary cookies: session, cross-site request forgery protection and language preference.
