Account deletion

On the website: sign in → My account → Delete account. In the ZC Publishing app: Account tab → Delete account. Confirm with your password.

No access to the account? Write to contato@zcpublishing.com.br from the registered email, with the subject “Account deletion”.

The account is blocked and nobody can sign in with it anymore. All sessions end, the songwriter's public page goes offline and songs downloaded in the app stop working. You receive the confirmation by email.

Email, phone, city, social links, bio, photo, cover, @ handle, hits, favorites, downloads and the password. For people with no registered work, also the name, stage name and CPF.

If you are the author or co-author of any work: name, stage name, CPF, the works, the submission receipts and the audit trail. They are the proof of each work's authorship and date and protect your rights and your co-writers' (LGPD, art. 16, and Brazilian Law 9,610/1998). Contracts and payment data follow the legal retention periods.
