By creating an account or using the ZC Edições system, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

Songwriter accounts are reviewed by the publisher and may be approved or declined. Artist accounts are enabled at sign-up. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping your password secret.

By submitting a composition, you declare that you are its author (or co-author, within the stated split) and have the right to present it to the publisher. False authorship claims may lead to account cancellation and applicable legal action.

Submitting does not mean the work has been accepted or that a publishing agreement exists. Each work is reviewed; any publishing, licensing or hold depends on a specific written agreement.

Each submission receives a ZC code and a receipt with date, time and a fingerprint of the content. To preserve the history, changes are only possible when the publisher requests adjustments, and each resubmission produces a new receipt.

The catalog is for the exclusive use of registered artists, to evaluate repertoire. Copying, recording, disclosing or commercially exploiting lyrics and audio without the publisher's authorization is prohibited. Access is logged.

Hold requests are requests only: they grant usage rights only after a favorable reply and a formal agreement with the publisher.

Trademarks, texts, images and the system belong to ZC Music and their respective owners. Songs remain the property of their writers under Brazilian Law 9,610/1998.
